- Please inspect materials at the time of delivery and report any damage or shortage to us within 24 hours.
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery to the agreed site.
7. Custom Cutting
- Custom cuts are made according to the measurements provided by the customer. Please verify dimensions before confirming the order.
- Custom-cut materials are generally non-returnable, unless the cut is found to be incorrect due to our error.
8. Returns, Replacements and Warranty
- Returns and replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly supplied materials, reported within the time stated at the time of purchase.
- Materials must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return.
- Manufacturer warranties apply as provided by the respective brand. Dhyan Traders will assist customers in raising warranty claims with the brand.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage, moisture, misuse, unauthorised installation, or normal wear and tear.
9. Consultation and Advice
Our team provides product recommendations based on information you provide. Final selection of materials, suitability for your project, and compliance with local building codes remain your responsibility. We recommend consulting a qualified architect or engineer for structural applications.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhyan Traders is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
- Misuse, improper installation, or handling of materials after delivery
Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product concerned.
